When HSBC Found out I was moving my mortgage they tried very hard to entice me to stay by telling me all the dollars and time it would take etc to make the change. They of course wanted to know the reason why the move and it was simply that they were unable to give me what I wanted, even tried by offering a better interest rate but still not as good as the rate offered by Scotiabank. I thank you for all your hard work in facilitating this transaction and would recommend you to others if asked.

My husband and I worked with Jenn earlier this year to obtain our mortgage. From the beginning of the process, it was clear that she is very knowledgeable. Jenn was always available to support us, answering our millions of questions, and helped us navigate a somewhat complex situation. She supported us through not only the stress of purchasing a house but also of including a renovation into the mortgage; the renovation portion of the mortgage is time sensitive through the approval and actual renovation completion stages.
